| Golf: The Aquitaine with more than 50 courses is a must for every golf player. Golf lovers can enjoy themselves; you can find 14 golf courses within 15 minutes to an hour drive. Owing to the mild climate you can play all year round on a variety of courses. Their location will allow you to discover many sights while playing golf; landscapes, monuments, castles, too many to mention them all. A 9-hole golf course can be found near Agen, Tombeboeuf and Marmande; for a 18-holes course you can go to Barbaste, Castelnaud de Montratier and Castelnaud de Grate Combe. Around Toulouse, about a hour drive, you will find 8 other beautifully designed golf courses |

Hiking: At the local tourist information centers (Office de Tourisme) you will find many easy to follow hiking trails (randonnees). Around our property there is a number of hiking trails, varying from 2 to 6 hours ( 2-18 km). The trails are well indicated; if you wish we can prepare your lunch. |
Horse riding:  You will find riding schools in the immediate vicinity, such as in Monbalen and in La Sauvetat de Saveres, where you can go for a ride or take a lesson. |
| Bike riding: The area is quite suitable for mountain bike and ride (race or ordinary bike); anything is possible. You can also check with Tourist Information Office about bike riding tours such as the “Circuit du Chasselas” (the famous grapes of the area) and the Veloroute de la Vallee du Lot. At last, you can also quietly bike along the Canal de Garonne, Haute Tour des Grottes and Circuit Bastide de Tournon. We have several bicycles for rent. |

Fishing: There are many lakes and rivers in the area where everybody can take his change, trout, carp and salmon; it’s all possible. Fishing permits are issued at the City Hall (Mairie) or at the police station. There are large fishing lakes near Monflanquin and Penne d´Agenais. The rivers and canals are excellent for fishing adventures. |
| Other types of water sports: You can rent boats in Moissac or Montaubau and discover the canals and rivers such as Canal de Montech and the rivers the Bais and the Lot. You can also rent canoes and kayaks closeby us, in Beauville for instance. To spend the day by a lake or a river you can go to Les Deux Lacs in Beauville, Plage sur le Lot in Aiguillon, Clairac Plage in Clairac and many others. |
| Local markets: There is a regional market in Valence d’Agen every Tuesday morning and in Moissac every Sunday morning. Puymirol offers a local market every Saturday night during the summer. There, you can do your market or buy your meal that you will enjoy at one of the tables set up on the place. Live music creates a fantastic atmosphere and you will have a good time sharing with the locals. |

| Restaurants: There are various restaurants in the area. The restaurant La Bomba in La magistere, is a routier where you will eat a 3-course menu for € 11,00 p.p with french truckers. In Puymirol Les Arcades offer you a nice homemade lunch or dinner that you can eat outside on the village beautiful center place. Or you can choose Trama, again in Puymirol, one of France’s top chefs. Trama is a three stars restaurant in guide Michelin. In Valence d’Agen and Agen there are many restaurants offering a wide range of menus and prices. |
| Other activities: Many farms in the area are open to the public and offer their products. The foie gras, pruneaux d’Agen, Armagnac, Chasselas grapes, goat cheese, the wines of Duras and the delightful honey are just pure pleasure. It is also possible to rent quads for childrens and adults. There is a beautiful 18 holes Mini-golf about 15 minutes away from our property. There is also a Karting circuits nearby. |
